Place Bow Tie RS up onto center of Neck Band and wrap Center Bow Band around middle of Bow Tie and Neck Band. Using yarn needle and long tail of Center Bow Band, sew short ends of Center Bow Band together then stitch to Neck Band with a couple of stitches to secure in place.
