With smaller hook and B, ch 140. Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook (beginning ch counts as first dc) and in next 10 ch, *skip next ch, V-st in next ch, skip next 2 ch, shell in next ch, skip next 2 ch, V-st in next ch, skip next ch, dc in next 12 ch; repeat from * 5 more times, turn—12 V-sts, 6 shells Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc here and throughout), dc in next 11 dc, *V-st in ch-1 space of next V-st, shell in ch-1 space of next shell, V-st in ch-1 space of next V-st, dc in next 12 dc; repeat from * across, turn.
